Parzy, Inc. is a company averaging 2-5 custom homes each year. We choose to retain our status as a small family owned company, as this allows us the opportunity to provide personal interaction with each and every homeowner.
We focus the construction of our custom homes in Hillsborough and Pasco County. In building custom homes the most important phase is the framing. Without fast and prompt framing, a house could be held up for weeks. Well with Joe M. Parzy Inc. framing will never hold up construction on a house, since we have an in-house framing company.
A unique aspect of our company, is that we are a “hands on company”, meaning that we have more control over building custom homes by doing framing, trim work etc., in-house by our own employees. Additionally, we can assure our customers will receive our complete attention to details and quality craftsmanship while we construct their home in a well organized, professional and timely manner.
